Get accredited, win the work & keep it without the admin headache

Accreditations are a clear way to show clients, insurers and regulators that you take health & safety complianceseriously.

They can also be the difference between being considered for a tender, or being ruled out before you even start.

CHAS, Safe-T-Cert, Constructionline and the rest. We get construction businesses across the UK and Ireland ready for assessment, then keep them accredited as they grow.

You get the contracts. We handle the paperwork that stands between you and them.

What is Third-Party Health & Safety Accreditation?

Third-party accreditation is independent verification that your business meets recognised health, safety and environmental standards. Instead of every prospective client vetting your safety arrangements from scratch, an independent body has already checked them. That gives clients confidence and saves everyone time at the tender stage

Achieving accreditation usually means showing evidence of:

  • Health & safety policies and responsibilities

  • Risk assessments / safe systems of work

  • Training and competence records

  • Audits/inspections and action tracking

  • Incident reporting and investigation processes

We guide you through it step by step. We set up the right systems, prepare the documentation, and get you ready for assessment, so you can gain accreditation and keep it year after year as the business grows.

Why does it matter?

Health & safety accreditation can help you:

Wins You More Work

Accreditation supports tendering and pre-qualification, so you get considered for the contracts you actually want, including private and public procurement tenders that you cannot bid for without it.

Pull Your Systems Into One Place

Getting ready for assessment forces everything into one clear system. One set of documents, one process, and an end to the five-versions-of-the-same-policy problem that most growing contractors recognise..

Keeps You Compliant & Able To Prove It

Accreditation shows a clear commitment to legal and industry standards, with the evidence in place if you are ever asked for it, whether by a client, an enforcing authority, or your insurer.

Reduce Rick & The Stress That Comes With It

Better systems mean fewer incidents and fewer surprises. Renewals get easier each year because the work is already done and maintained, rather than rebuilt from scratch every time.

Not Sure Which Accreditation You Need?

Most contractors come to us unsure whether they need CHAS, Safe-T-Cert, Constructionline, or some combination.

The honest answer is that it usually depends on who you want to work for, because the accreditation a main contractor or public body asks for is the one you need.

Tell us who you are tendering with and we will tell you exactly what is required, with no upselling.

Safe-T-Cert:
The construction safety certification across Ireland & UK

What is Safe-T-Cert?

Safe-T-Cert is a health and safety management certification built specifically for construction contractors. It is widely used across Ireland and the UK to satisfy tendering and pre-qualification requirements.

To achieve it, you have to show that your health and safety management is not just paperwork, but is genuinely being implemented and maintained on site. Assessors typically look for:

  • clear, current health & safety policies

  • up-to-date training and competence records

  • suitable risk assessments (and project-specific documentation)

  • regular site audits and safety inspections

  • a robust accident/incident reporting and investigation process

We get everything in place, present it professionally, and make sure you walk into the assessment ready rather than hoping.

The UK Pre-Qualification Standard that gets you past the first hurdle

CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) is a UK construction pre-qualification standard recognised by thousands of buyers. It is one of the SSIP member schemes, which matters because SSIP mutual recognition can let a CHAS assessment count towards other schemes, saving you repeating the same work.

Holding CHAS does three things at the tender stage:

  • Demonstrates your commitment to health and safety compliance straight away, against legal and industry requirements

  • Speeds up tendering, because clients do not have to vet your safety procedures from scratch

  • Adds immediate credibility to your bid, because it is recognised across the UK

We help you prepare the documentation, fill gaps, and get ready for submission

The Government backed Register that makes you easy to find & easy to trust

Constructionline is a government-backed register where you showcase your business credentials in one place, making it easier for clients to find you, trust you, and hire you.

For many public sector and larger private buyers, being on it is a basic expectation.

A Constructionline profile typically covers:

  • Company information, including insurances, financials and references

  • Evidence of health and safety compliance, often including CHAS or an equivalent SSIP scheme

  • Environmental and equality policies, where applicable

  • Modern Slavery documentation and other compliance requirements

We guide you through what is required, help you get the documents right, and make sure what you submit stands up to scrutiny.
