Paul’s vision is to work in partnership with his clients to help them achieve health and safety compliance within their organisation and on their projects. That vision was realised on a new Lidl store in the West City Retail Park in Ballincollig, Cork which has been safely and successfully completed under his guidance.
The store has a spacious layout featuring high ceilings and wide aisles and had to be kept in line with the strict Lidl design brief to ensure brand consistency.
Paul oversaw the entire health and safety schedule on site ensuring safe systems of work were in place through frequent site visits, completing audits, method statements, risk assessments, health and safety training and toolbox talks.
