Sandyford, residential development, Dublin

Work is ongoing on the build of a prestigious new residential project in the heart of Sandyford, Dublin.  When complete it will comprise of 564 apartments spread over 6 distinct blocks, anchored by a landmark 17-storey tower that will act as the focal point for the surrounding area.

The work commenced in 2021 and is set to complete in 2024.  Paul liaises with the PSCS on this project to advise on and communicate the plan, whilst engaging the team using effective measures to secure the health, safety, and welfare of everyone at the large site.

He has been overseeing health and safety onsite by providing regular health and safety visits, temporary works inspections, risk assessments, audits, method statements and toolbox talks to ensure safe systems of work are in place.

The scheme will also introduce a pedestrian connection between the Stillorgan Luas stop and existing residential and retail zones in the Sandyford Business District via a new landscaped through fare.
