With Paul’s experience in writing codes of practice for the construction industry and his ethos of can do, teamwork and practical approach to health and safety, will give you the assurance and peace of mind your project is being managed correctly.
How do we do it?
Preparation of the Construction Stage Safety & Health Plan by going out to site and reviewing the surroundings, we don’t do this from Google.
Communicate with the relevant stakeholders to ensure everyone is clear on the objectives and what success looks like for your project.
Bring a can do, practical, solutions-based approach to the project. The project needs built, and we are part of making this happen safely.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the project by ensuring suitable and sufficient risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work are in place.
Ensure safe work practices on site by way of regular engagement and health and safety inspections specific to the project risks.
Statutory forms provided for weekly inspection and thorough examination.
Ensure contractors are communicating and cooperating on site.
Carryout incident or accident investigations if required.
If you want your project to have a personal touch and Paul’s expertise, then get in touch and let’s see how we can work together.
